MY MARATHON UPDATE
This years Virgin Money London Marathon has proved to be one of the toughest of all time. Those taking part had a real challenge to run the 26 miles in the extreme heat.
Thankfully I finished the race safely and in an respectable time given the circumstances. I trained harder than ever this year in all weathers and at all hours, having to fit in training around an increasingly busy time at Rock Solid. Anyone who knows me will know just how hard I have been working to do The Feed and the sponsors proud. And anyone who knows The Feed will know the life-changing impact the team there has on local people.
