Craig Bowen-Jones talks about his Rock Solid business…
It’s already been a year since we rebranded to Rock Solid Graphics & Print and what a year it’s been – Our busiest year since we started in business over 18 years ago!
So what’s made the difference to the business?
Rebranding has giving the business a new lease of life. It’s given us the opportunity to look at what we do, who we do it for and to keep looking at generating new offerings to our loyal customers and potential new ones.
Our team have embraced the Rock Solid brand and it really feels like they have had a say in its development by being consulted in the ideas for the initial rebrand. This has helped shape the business and I’m sure this will continue. They are extremely motivated, open minded, flexible and work across different departments within the business which really creates a positive experience and understanding of each other’s responsibilities.
As a key part of the rebrand we also employed a Head of Creative, Nathan Ferguson. He brings a wealth of experience overseeing art direction, copywriting, design, user experience, content and the processes within the resourcing and creative for both on and off line projects.
We have also increased our offerings now to include a full lithographic and digital print service with of 3,500 different products which include;
Business Cards and Company Stationery, Brochures and Leaflets, Folders, Menus, Credit Cards, Booklets, Posters, Stickers and the list goes on…
Plus all the products we are famous for;
Vehicle Graphics, Banners, Signage, Exhibition Products and Large format Print.
This means that we can really offer a full print offering to our customers helping them to keep their branding quality consistent, saving them time and money.
We’ve had great feedback from our customers and we will constantly listen to their needs maintaining our focus of excellent customer service and great after-sales care.
