CHARITY GOLF DAY REVIEW
As a part of the fundraising for Craig’s 250 mile challenge Rock Solid Graphics hosted a Fundraising Golf Day at the impressive Barnham Broom Golf Club in support of Alzheimer’s Research UK plus also supporting Holt Youth Project, Hallswood Animal Sanctuary, The Feed and Priory Paddocks Nursing Home – Darsham.
What a fabulous day it turned out to be!
A huge Thank you to everyone who has generously supported us. It’s been a real pleasure to have hosted the event and we are eternally grateful for all of the support that everyone has given both in their time and generous donations.
We’ve had some amazing positive feedback and comments about our first Rock Solid Graphics Charity Golf Day in fact so much so that we will be holding a 2024 Charity Golf Day next June.

We’ve had some amazing positive feedback and comments about our first Rock Solid Graphics Charity Golf Day. So much so that we will be holding a 2024 Charity Golf Day next June.
It’s been a real pleasure to have hosted this first Charity Golf Day event and we are eternally grateful for all of the support that everyone has given both in their time and generous donations.
It makes a huge difference to all of the Charities that we support both in financial terms and for awareness of the tireless work that they do to support others.
We’re proud to be supporting these great Charities with the 250-mile challenge which aims to raise vital funds and awareness.
Alzheimer’s Research UK
Alzheimer’s Research UK and the fight against dementia. This is a charity that works tirelessly leading dementia research, dedicated to causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and cure. The charity was founded in 1992 with their pioneering work bringing us closer to a future without the fear, harm and heartbreak of dementia.
The Feed is a not-for-profit social enterprise and charity providing catering services.
Our social purpose is to prevent poverty, hunger and homelessness in Norwich.
Holt Youth Project
One of England’s most imaginative youth schemes and an award-winning project.
Hallswood Animal Sanctuary
Hallswood’s mission is to rescue, support, and advocate for wildlife, and in special cases domestic animals, through rehabilitation, education, and community outreach.
Priory Paddocks Nursing Home
At Priory Paddocks Nursing Home, their aim is to provide all the necessary care and attention for those who wish to spend their retirement in a secure and caring atmosphere, whilst respecting their privacy and maintaining their independence and dignity as far as possible.
You helped raise just over £10,000 which means we have raised around £12,000 so far and our target is £25,000. So we still have a way to go yet and really appreciate your support as we now Countdown to the BIG 250 CHALLENGE when Craig will run 250 miles in just 1 week starting on the 3rd July.
So please help if you can…
HOW YOU CAN HELP
If you would like to support Craig’s challenge and help raise money here are some ways you can get involved:
- Donate to his GoFundMe page. Every little bit helps!
- Spread the word! Tell your friends, family, and colleagues about Craig’s incredible challenge and encourage them to donate as well. Share his story on social media, or any other platform you can think of.
- Join in the fun! Whether it’s running, walking, or cycling alongside Craig for a few miles or donating snacks for his journey, any contribution is appreciated!
- Cheer him on! If you’re local to Norfolk, come out and give him a shout of encouragement when you see him on the road.
No matter how small or large, every donation and every kind gesture is helping Craig reach his goal of raising money and awareness.
Thank you for being a part of this amazing journey. Together, we can make a difference!
