Following the Prime Minister’s announcement and from effect from Monday 23rd March we want to share with you how we are working going forward in the coming weeks to help ensure staff wellbeing and customer safety.
As from today many of our team will now be remote working from home. This includes design and marketing. Our technical infrastructure has enabled us to work very effectively at home so we can handle all forms of communication including telephone, email and social media and provide a full range of services.
Transport Services
As many of you know we support the transport services who are doing a vital job right now keeping the country supplied with the items that are needed by essential service retailers and the health care system. Our products created from a home facility are then dispatched securely directly to customers.
Design Services
We are continuing to service our clients with design for their businesses as many are now working on marketing plans for the future. Many customers are needing crisis design for emails and online messaging.
Print and promotional materials
During this crisis, some print communication is essential. We have clients and partners ordering essential information leaflets, direct mail, signage, navigation and packaging. Some of our print is supplied by our remote Printing.com print production hub in Manchester. Others will be produced at our home facility.
Meetings
All of our meetings will be conducted by phone or video conferencing.
The well-being of our customers, our suppliers and our staff is our absolute priority, and you can be assured that health and safety is of the utmost importance to our company.
All of our employees have been briefed of the latest requirements and are undertaking high levels of health and safety procedures to ensure that the highest possible standards are maintained.
We will of course be following developments on a daily basis and updating all of our customers as necessary.
